Raymond Russell BSRC, RCP, RRT-ACCS/NPS, CPFT is a highly experienced respiratory care professional specializing in neonatal care, currently serving as a Respiratory Clinical Specialist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Community Memorial Healthcare since June 2003. Previous roles include positions as a Neonatal Respiratory Care Practitioner at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital and Northridge Hospital Medical Center, as well as stints at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, St. Joseph's Medical Center, and University of California San Francisco Medical Center. Raymond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Oregon Institute of Technology and has completed diploma programs in Respiratory Care Practitioner from several institutions, including Bakersfield College and San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield.
