Ben Metcalf

Ben Metcalf, LCSW, serves as the Senior Program Officer at Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. since January 2025 and has held the role of Adjunct Professor at Southern Connecticut State University since January 2013, where responsibilities include organizing and revising course materials for MSW and BSW courses and grading exams. Prior to these roles, Ben worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Root Center for Advanced Recovery from January 2023 to January 2025, managing a $35 million operating budget and overseeing ten behavioral health clinics serving over 5,500 clients daily. Ben earned both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
