Jessica Chen is the Senior Director of Development and External Relations at the Community Music Center of Boston, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Development and Alumni Relations Associate with the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras from 2018 to 2022, and held roles at Tufts University and Harvard University, including Administrative Coordinator and Research Assistant, respectively. Jessica's earlier experience includes tutoring for Kumon North America, working as a Media Assistant at Boston University, and providing music instruction at ZUMIX. They earned their degree from Tufts University between 2014 and 2017.
