The Music School Administration team at the Community Music Center of Boston is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the music school. This includes overseeing faculty and staff, administering on-site and satellite programs, ensuring smooth logistical operation across various community outreach sites, including public schools, and maintaining enrollment and diversity among the student body. The team also actively supports the Center’s mission of equitable access to music education by engaging with underrepresented and marginalized groups in the Greater Boston area.
