David Alger II

David Alger II has a diverse work experience. David started their career in 2008 as a Lifeguard at YMCA of South Hampton Roads. Later, in 2015, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton and held various roles such as Systems Delivery Analyst Intern, Technologist, Staff Engineer, and currently, they are working as a Lead Engineer. Additionally, in 2016, they also took on the role of Portsmouth Congregation CFO at Community of Christ.

David Alger II has a comprehensive education history. David earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, completing their studies from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Information Systems and Technology from Old Dominion University, which spanned from 2013 to 2017. David also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tidewater Community College, where they pursued their education from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in February 2018 and ICAgile Professional from ICAgile in February 2017.
