Previously, Jeffrey held leadership positions in organizations such as the Jewish Foundation for Group Homes and Contemporary Family Services, Inc. Jeffrey also has experience working in the government sector, including roles at the DC Department of Parks and Recreation and Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University.
