Luismiguel Flores

Luismiguel Flores currently serves as the President and CEO of WOODFIRE PIES since January 2020 and holds the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Community Partners since October 2016, with prior roles in the organization including Human Resources Assistant and Generalist. In these roles, Luismiguel Flores manages multi-state HR services for over 700 employees, oversees compliance with federal and state laws, and provides comprehensive support in employee onboarding, documentation, and payroll processes. Previous experience includes catering management at Big Screen Cuisine, legal assistance at LOBEL FINANCIAL, and administrative roles at Mr. Rooter Plumbing and the City of Baldwin Park. Luismiguel Flores earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2015.
