Raquel Santiago-Martinez serves as the Director of Business Administration at Community Renewal Team since December 2010, managing procurement, contract review, risk management, and the strategic development of programs for an $80 million agency. A founding and Lifetime Member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Raquel has held various leadership roles, including National Eastern Region Vice-Chair and co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Network. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Lending at Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund and as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending at New Haven Savings Bank and Fleet Bank. Raquel holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BSW in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
