Susan Littlefield, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Susan has held various leadership positions in reputable organizations, including Community Research Foundation, where they served as the HR Director focusing on recruitment, engagement, and retention. Susan also served as the Director of Human Resources Administration at Community Research Foundation, where they oversaw all HR operations. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Manager of Human Resources Administration at the same organization, managing benefit programs, HRIS systems, recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.

Susan also worked as a Principal Consultant at HHR Advantage, specializing in providing HR support services to small to mid-sized businesses. Their responsibilities included conducting audits of current HR practices, designing handbooks and policies, training management and supervisors, designing benefit programs, and implementing performance review and compensation systems.

Susan has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Frontera Hotel Group, where they were responsible for all HR functions within the organization. Additionally, they worked as an HR Consultant at HR Support Services-Consulting, providing consulting services in the field of HR.

Earlier in their career, Susan served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at American Property Management Corporation, coordinating and designing HR programs, policies, and procedures for a multi-state hotel management organization. Susan also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Adelante Development Center, Inc., overseeing all HR functions for a non-profit organization.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, benefit program design, HRIS implementation, performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Susan is a dedicated HR professional with a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with company goals.

Susan Littlefield earned an MBA in Human Resources from The University of New Mexico, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Psychology/English from Southern Methodist University, attending from 1980 to 1984. In terms of certifications, they achieved the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2015.
