Marina Goad

Marina Goad is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Community Research Foundation since June 2025, having previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruiter at Host Healthcare, Inc. from January 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Event Sales Manager at Meydenbauer Center, where Marina focused on outside convention and event sales, and as Sales and Events Coordination Manager at Georgetown Ballroom, overseeing client and vendor management. Additionally, Marina contributed as a Development Associate Intern at Gage Academy of Art, curating experience packages for fundraisers. Early career experience includes working as a Chiropractic Assistant and Laser Technician at HEALTH CHIROPRACTIC PC. Marina holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Alliant International University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Washington.
