Rachel Griffith

Rachel Griffith has over a decade of experience in HR and benefits management, currently serving as the Benefits & HRIS Manager at Community Residences, Inc. since October 2011. In this role, Rachel oversees the full lifecycle of employee benefits and safety programs while acting as a primary resource for staff and management regarding benefit plan design and compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations. Previous positions include Benefits & HRIS Analyst and Training Coordinator within the same organization, where responsibilities included managing the agency's benefits program and coordinating training initiatives. Additional experience includes working as an NGO Development Advisor for the Peace Corps and serving as a Municipal and Community Development Volunteer, where grant writing and community development were key focuses. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in International Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
