Rhonda Frank-Loron

Senior Policy Specialist at Community Resources for Justice

Rhonda Frank-Loron is an attorney who has worked in criminal justice for over 20 years at the county, state, and federal level. Rhonda manages the Restrictive Housing Reform Implementation Assistance Program. She previously was a statewide pretrial program manager and has trained judges, attorneys, and criminal justice stakeholders at the local, state, and national level. She is committed to making a positive impact in the criminal justice system that improves lives and outcomes through the increased use of research-based strategies.

Rhonda graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Law and a Criminal Justice Certificate; she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
