Jake Tompkins

Jake Tompkins is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at Community Roots Academy and Learning Education since 2020 and 2019, respectively. Additionally, Jake is the founder of TIME Percussion creativity school, a role held since 2014. In 2018, Jake worked in visitor services at the Portland Japanese Garden. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and East Asian Studies from Lewis & Clark College, completed in 2018.
