Carly Bahringer-Weibert is an experienced professional in workforce development, coaching, and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Workforce Development Facilitator for the Raise the Age Program at Community Services for Every1 since November 2024, Carly empowers youthful offenders by enhancing their vocational skills and promoting personal growth. As the owner of Clear Path Coaching since March 2020, Carly specializes in supporting Christian women leaders and business owners in integrating faith with business practices. Previous roles include Care Manager at BestSelf Behavioral Health, Communications Manager and Clinical Assistant at Independent Nursing Care, and Bookkeeper at Weibert’s Autoplace. Carly also held the position of President for the University at Buffalo YAF chapter, overseeing communications and event planning during a tenure from September 2018 to December 2019. Carly holds a degree in Political Science with a Business Minor from the University at Buffalo.
