Dr. Alison Burroughs

Dr. Alison Burroughs has extensive work experience in the field of education. Dr. Alison began their career in 1991 as a Special Education Teacher in the Colonial School District, where they worked until 1999. From 1992 to 2013, they served as a Special Education Team Leader at the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District. Dr. Alison later became an Inclusion Specialist at New Castle County Vo-tech from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined the New Castle County Vo-tech as a Special Education Team Leader, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Dr. Burroughs is the Director of Education at Community Services Foundation, Inc. since June 2022.
