Shauna Johnson is the Director of Administration at Community Services Project. Shauna has a Masters in Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin and a background in Cybersecurity Project Management.

Shauna started their career as a Political Associate at With Honor Fund. There they worked on veteran's issues and completed safety check activations. Shauna then moved to Agio where they were a Cybersecurity Project Manager. In that role, they strengthened relationships with cross-functional teams and strategic partners.

After obtaining their Masters, Shauna took a position as a Crisis Response Intelligence Analyst at Facebook. There they were responsible for monitoring natural disasters, violent incidents, and human-induced crises on a global scale. Shauna also conducted in-depth damage appraisals and monitored threats using open-source tools (OSINT).

In their current role as Director of Administration at Community Services Project, Shauna is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. Shauna oversees a team of administrators and ensures that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Shauna Johnson has a Master's degree in Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Jacksonville University, and a Graduate Certification in Education from Jacksonville University. Shauna also has certification from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Managing Gender Based Violence in Emergencies.
