Aaron Schaffer

Aaron Schaffer has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Aaron is currently serving as the Chief Banking Officer at Community State Bank, where they have played a key role in achieving loan and deposit growth for the bank. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance at Impact CNC. Aaron has also held various positions at First Merchants Corporation, iAB Financial Bank, and Wells Fargo, where they gained expertise in commercial banking, relationship management, and credit management.

Aaron Schaffer earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance and Financial Planning at Ball State University from 2006 to 2010. Aaron Schaffer also obtained an Academic Honor's Diploma from New Haven High School, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
