Esther Toporovsky

Esther Toporovsky is an accomplished professional in the field of sustainable community development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Community Sustainability Partners since November 2023 and the Executive Vice President of Housing Partnership since September 2020. Previously, Esther held the position of Senior Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners from January 2010 to September 2020, where strategic oversight and management of national sustainable green business models and capital products for the multifamily market were primary responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as Program Director at Earth Day New York & e4, inc., and Deputy Director at Yahoo. Esther holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Community Development Finance from the Milano School of Management, The New School, and a B.A. in Environmental Science from The New School.
