Claudia Ruiz

Claudia Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claudia is currently working as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Community Unit School District 308 since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HRIS Coordinator at the same organization from July 2021 to June 2022. From July 2019 to July 2021, Claudia worked as a Substitute and Leave Specialist at the same school district.

Before joining Community Unit School District 308, Claudia worked at Origami Owl as a Team Leader from July 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at Aurora East School District 131, where they held the positions of Human Resources Coordinator from June 2013 to July 2019 and Human Resources Generalist from August 2011 to June 2013.

Claudia also has experience at Crown Cork & Seal, where they worked as a Human Resources/Environmental-Health & Safety Manager from March 2008 to August 2011. Claudia Ruiz completed their Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in the year 2020. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Benedictine University between 2001 and 2003, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
