Anthony Johnson

Anthony Johnson has a diverse work experience in workforce management and business analysis. Anthony began their career at Deloitte in 2000 as a Processing role and then moved to SunTrust Bank in 2008, where they held the position of Workforce Management. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting and analyzing data to ensure accurate staffing and schedule adjustments. Anthony continued working at SunTrust until 2014.

Following this, Anthony worked as a Workforce Management and Business Analyst at Intelliteach from 2014 to 2015. At SunTrust, they resumed a similar role as a Workforce Management Specialist from 2015 to 2016, and then moved to BCD Travel, where they held the same role from 2016 to 2020.

Currently, Anthony is employed with CommunityWFM as an Onboarding Specialist, starting in September 2020.

Anthony Johnson obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Motlow State Community College from 2003 to 2005, also focusing on Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Anthony has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they completed the "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners" course at LinkedIn. In 2016, they obtained the "CompTIA A+ 220-801 and 220-802" certification from Simplilearn. Furthermore, in 2013, Anthony achieved the Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Academy LLC.
