Diankha Linear has extensive work experience spanning over 20 years in various industries. Diankha currently serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Community.com since June 2022, after previously holding the position of Chief Operating Officer from May 2021 to May 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Convoy Inc from November 2017 to May 2021.

Before joining Convoy Inc, they served as the Senior Director in the Legal Department at Nordstrom from 2013 to 2017. Prior to Nordstrom, they worked as the Director in the Legal Department, Employment Group Head, Litigation, Compliance & Transactional Counsel at Expeditors from 2008 to 2013. Diankha also gained legal experience as a Senior Attorney in the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Education from 2007 to 2008.

Diankha'searlier career includes working as a Senior Associate in General Commercial Litigation at Cairncross & Hempelmann from 2004 to 2007 and as a Trial Counsel, Judge Advocate General's Corps - Captain (Airborne) in the United States Army Reserve from 1991 to 2007. Diankha started their professional journey as an Associate in Commercial Litigation, Employment, and Antitrust at Perkins Coie LLP from 1999 to 2004.

Diankha Linear obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Military Science from the University of Washington between 1993 and 1996. Following this, they pursued International Study in Spanish Language for a duration of ten years, from 1991 to 2001. In 2001, they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. In addition to their formal education, Diankha obtained a United States Customs Broker License from the United States Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection in May 2013.
