Jomana Elwenni has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Jomana currently holds the position of Head of People at Community.com, a SaaS business specializing in text messaging at scale. Jomana Elwenni completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at MacEwan University from 2010 to 2014. Jomana acquired the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in April 2021 and became a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) through CPHR Alberta in March 2021. Jomana also received the Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in June 2020. Jomana has further certifications in areas such as Medical Marijuana in the Workplace from Cannabis At Work in September 2018, LGBT Workplace Inclusion from Pride at Work Canada in October 2017, Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in August 2017, and Cannabis/Marijuana in the Workplace from SafetyVantage in September 2018.
