Roland Tritsch

Roland Tritsch has an extensive work history spanning several companies and roles. Roland most recently worked at Community.com as the Senior Director of Engineering, where they focused on organizational development and delivering value to customers. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at Leprechaun Solutions and the Senior Director of Engineering at Tenable, where they helped build engineering teams and worked on next-generation cyber-security platforms. Roland also held leadership positions at Nitro, Inc., Fujitsu UK and Ireland, Gilt Groupe, Brandvis Ltd., Progress Software, IONA Technologies, and Versant Technologies, where they led various departments and played key roles in software development, professional services, and infrastructure engineering.
