Lisa Martin, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in project management and change management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Analyst at Community Care Physicians since December 2014, Lisa oversees HR systems, ensuring data quality and integrity while collaborating with team members. Previous roles include Human Resources Assistant and Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed processing claims, managing employee benefits, and maintaining positive employee relations for a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees. Lisa's expertise is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Siena College and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College. Prior to a career in HR, Lisa held positions in accounts payable and customer service.
