Zoe Relias

Zoe Relias is an experienced healthcare and life sciences consultant currently working at West Monroe since March 2022, with additional responsibilities as a Medical Laboratory Technician at CommunityHealth since March 2023. Previously, Zoe served as a Systems Engineer in the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure Division at Medtronic from June 2020 to August 2021, contributing to the development of preventative products and enhancing product designs. Early career experience includes leadership roles as a Wilderness Camp Counselor and Trip Assistant at Ogichi Daa Kwe and founding a water polo program for the Village of Hinsdale, where coaching and organizational skills were demonstrated. Zoe holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on biomechanics from Marquette University, supplemented by international study at John Cabot University, and has a strong foundation in critical thinking, technical development, and team leadership.
