Philip Harless has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Most recently, they served as a Human Resources Executive/Director at CommunityMed Family Urgent Care, where they led the HR and Credentialing team and reported directly to the CEO. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Health Management Systems and Bank of America, where they provided expertise on topics such as Covid-19 intake and disposition, compensation market evaluations, and total rewards objectives. Philip also held the position of Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A., where they managed a team and oversaw areas such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations. Throughout their career, they have held various other HR roles at companies such as Capital Senior Living, Tenet Healthcare, Dell, and the City of McKinney.
Philip Harless obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from The University of Dallas, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Philip also holds additional certifications, including Credentialed Mediator (CM) obtained from the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association in May 2005, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) obtained from the World At Work Association in March 2005, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) obtained from the Society of Human Resources Management in December 2001.
