Cathy Seal

Cathy Seal has an extensive background in loan documentation and commercial real estate, currently serving as a Sr. Loan Documentation Specialist at CommunityOne Bank since June 2014. Additionally, Cathy founded a company focused on commercial real estate closings, networking, and industry research in 2012. Previous experience includes roles at NewDominion Bank, Nexsen Pruet, LLC, and Wells Fargo Bank, where responsibilities ranged from loan operations to commercial lending and quality review. Cathy's career began at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, providing administrative support to the Chief of Quality Assurance. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and a high school diploma from Yokota High School.
