Richard van Neste

Richard Van Neste has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in managed services, customer success, and community engagement. Currently serving as Managed Services & Success Director at Comnexa since June 2020, Richard has held multiple roles including Customer Success Manager and Salesforce Business Solutions Consultant, focusing on optimizing cloud-based Salesforce solutions for clients. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Programme Coordinator at Restless Development, Volunteer Support Manager at SLV.Global, and Programme Coordinator at Gorkha Development Scheme, where Richard established community projects aimed at health, education, and livelihoods. Additional roles included youth engagement as a Youth Development Officer with the Government of Grenada, team leadership in South Africa with Restless Development, and marketing and community engagement at various organizations including the City of London and London Wildlife Trust. Richard holds an MSc in Conservation and Rural Development from the University of Kent and a BSc in Conservation and Environment from Writtle University College, along with Salesforce training.
