Mike O'Callaghan

Mike O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mike is currently working as the Director of New Business Growth & Development at COMNEXIA since April 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Executive Creative Director of InnovativeUNITY Sound Studios, LLC, a recording studio and creative collaboration workspace for local recording artists. Mike successfully launched the studio and was responsible for building partnerships with other studios, music equipment vendors, and music-share platforms.

Before venturing into the music industry, O'Callaghan held leadership positions at Mega Services LLC, where they served as the Chief Customer Success Officer from October 2019 to December 2019, and as the Vice President of Operations & Client Services from January 2018 to December 2019.

In the earlier stages of their career, they worked at Field Nation, starting as a Senior Client Relationship Advisor in February 2011, and eventually becoming the VP of Sales & Client Services in January 2014. Mike also served as the Vice President of Sales at Field Nation from April 2011 to December 2013. Prior to that, they were involved in outside golf consulting at Hawk's Ridge & Golf Club of Georgia from March 2003 to February 2011.

O'Callaghan started their professional journey as a Paralegal and Administrative Director at O'Callaghan & Stumm, LLP from September 1999 to December 2002. Earlier on, they worked as a Musician, specializing in performance, composition, and instruction at American Music Entertainment, LLC from September 1994 to June 1999.

Mike O'Callaghan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance, Theory & Composition from the College of Charleston from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the same institution, starting in 1994 and completing it in 1999. In addition to their academic degrees, Mike O'Callaghan obtained a certification as a Field Nation System Expert (FNSE) in April 2011.
