Balthazar Pellissier has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Balthazar most recently served as the Director of F&B Operations at COMO Group since 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of db Bistro & Oyster Bar by Chef Daniel Boulud at Marina Bay Sands from 2018 to 2021. Balthazar has also held various managerial roles at Freed Corp., Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Newtown - Rooftop, Restaurant & Bar. Balthazar has experience as a Managing Shareholder at GB ASSOCIES and as a Director of Procurement at Korian. Additionally, Balthazar has worked at Sodexo, Danika Capital Investments, and Ovation Events in different capacities.
Balthazar Pellissier began their education journey in 1998, when they enrolled at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. Balthazar attended this school until 2001, where they completed their studies in Hospitality Administration/Management. Throughout their time at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Pellissier earned a Bachelor of Science Degree.
