Esther Lai

Esther Lai is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as HRIS Manager at COMO Group since April 2023. Previously, Esther held roles at KPMG Singapore, including HRIS Associate Manager and People Technology Senior Executive from May 2020 to April 2023, where key responsibilities involved partnering with HR Center of Excellence to address business challenges and collaborating with users to provide tailored solutions.
