Joseph Delmonico Malandruccolo is a Co-founder & CTO at Compa, where the mission is to make pay fair and competitive for everyone through software development. Prior to that, Joseph worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook, with experience in various teams such as Reality Labs, Oculus, News Feed Foundation, Notifications, and Local Content. Before their time at Facebook, Joseph Delmonico was a Mobile Software Engineer at Tylr Mobile and held positions in talent consulting at Mercer Consulting. Joseph also has a background in emergency medical services, having worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at First Care Ambulance Services. Joseph Delmonico holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
