Mathilde Welker

Mathilde Welker currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Primagaz France since January 2023, managing HR operations from the headquarters in La Défense and overseeing regular national travel to various industrial and administrative sites. Prior to this role, Mathilde worked at LafargeHolcim from October 2014 to December 2022, progressing from a generalist HR position to managing multi-site HR functions across the Granulats sector in the northern region, with significant contributions to the structuring of Geocycle. Mathilde's earlier roles include HR Assistant positions at ADP and Mefro Wheels France, as well as a payroll management internship at La Rationnelle.
