Matt Kegler

Matt Kegler is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Richemont Americas Regional Functions since January 2024. Previous experience includes a tenure as Senior People Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery from February 2021 to January 2024, and as Director of Human Resources for LVMH's Fashion Group in North America from October 2016 to February 2021, overseeing prestigious brands such as CELINE and Givenchy. Earlier in the career, Kegler held various HR roles at Michael Kors, Steven Alan, Bluefly, and the College of Design at the University of Minnesota. Kegler earned a B.A. in Cultural Studies and an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
