Rui Yang

Rui (Ada) Yang is a data project manager and data governance professional at 历峰集团 since December 2022, specializing in data access management and compliance. Prior to this role, Rui served as a Senior Consultant in Data Solution Strategy & Delivery at Publicis Groupe, where responsibilities included leading MarTech data projects, implementing customer data platforms, and developing data automation strategies. Previously, as a Lead Consultant at NCS Group, Rui established a solution team and focused on digital transformation strategies and enterprise data analytics. Other experience includes serving as a Project Lead and Senior Data Analyst at the Institute for Public Transportation Research and Education, where Rui led data innovation efforts for government clients, and roles in risk analysis and data analytics with USDA APHIS and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Rui holds a Master of Science in Geospatial Information Science and Technology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Pest Risk Management & Assessment from Northwest A&F University.
