Karanvir Singh Shoker

Karanvir Singh Shoker is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong focus on transaction reporting and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Director and Head of Trade and Transaction Reporting (MiFID II) at Compagnie Financiere Tradition since February 2018, Karanvir is responsible for overseeing MiFID II transaction reporting and has implemented comprehensive testing and reporting processes. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Karanvir worked on regulatory remediation for transaction reporting breaches such as EMIR and Dodd Frank, and Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs, concentrating on MiFID remediation. Karanvir has also held positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank, where expertise in regulatory assurance and reporting was further developed. Karanvir holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Wolverhampton.
