Samantha Felman-Romary

Samantha Felman-Romary currently serves as the Ethics and Independence Partner at KPMG since February 2017 and is also involved in Quality and Risk Management. In addition, Samantha is a member of the Commission d’Ethique Professionnelle of Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) since January 2021. Samantha's previous experience includes an Executive Director role in Independence at EY from November 2014 to January 2017 and a Controller position at H3C (Haut Conseil du Commissariat aux Comptes) from November 2009 to October 2014, focusing on the oversight of audit firms handling public interest entity mandates. Earlier in the career, Samantha worked as an Audit Senior Manager and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen. Samantha holds a Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable obtained in 2011 and a degree from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completed in 1996.
