Plant Director at Plastic Omnium

Stéphane Delabrière has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Stéphane is currently serving as the Plant Director at Plastic Omnium since 2022. In this role, they oversee a plant of 320 employees, managing the production of bumper and spoiler products, as well as synchronous logistics.

Prior to this, they worked at AKWEL, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Plant General Manager, leading a plant of 450 employees, which acted as the Group headquarters. The plant's operations included injection molding, robotic assembly, and welding. They produced SCR (NOx) depollution systems, lubrication systems, fuel systems, and underhood components.

From 2012 to 2018, Stéphane Delabrière held the position of Plant General Manager at AKWEL, overseeing two plants with a total of 240 employees. These plants manufactured SCR (NOx) depollution systems, washing systems, opening mechanisms, and operated a logistic platform and customs warehouse.

Earlier in their career, Stéphane worked as a Production Manager at AKWEL, from 2010 to 2012. Stéphane also served as the Serial Project & Productivity Manager from 2005 to 2010.

Before joining AKWEL, Stéphane worked at Valeo Lighting Systems, where they held positions as Project Manager from 2002 to 2005 and Project Engineer from 2000 to 2002.

Stéphane Delabrière holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials from SUPMECA. Stéphane also has a certification in Black Belt 6 Sigma from SIGMA +.
