Douglas Klimak

Douglas Klimak, MSc, currently serves as the Head of CoE – Procurement, Logistics & Corporate Services at Copel - Companhia Paranaense de Energia since June 2025. Previously, at Banco Bradesco from July 2016 to May 2025, Douglas held multiple leadership roles in Procurement and Real Estate Strategy, including Head of Procurement Excellence and Procurement Transformation Manager. As a Co-Founder of Mascotinn from September 2021 to September 2023, Douglas played a vital role in launching a startup focused on pet service integration following an executive immersion in Silicon Valley. Douglas has extensive experience at HSBC in various capacities, leading key procurement transformations and process improvements, and began a career in operations and process consultancy at NTT DATA and other organizations. Douglas holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and several MBA extensions focused on innovation and management from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley.
