Renzo MacHer

Renzo Macher has extensive experience in project management and innovation within the mining and construction sectors. Since May 2013, Renzo Macher has held multiple leadership roles at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura, including Vicepresidente de Proyectos e Innovación, Gerente Corporativo de Proyectos, and Gerente de Proyecto Tambomayo. Prior to this, Renzo Macher worked as Gerente de Desarrollo at FIMA PERU from July 2009 to April 2013, and held the position of Gerente Textil at Textil del Valle from July 2007 to July 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as Gerente de Cadena de Procura at Guidant from 2003 to 2007, and as Ingeniero de Proyectos at Cupertino Electric, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Renzo Macher's educational background includes a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2017, Renzo Macher completed a Programa de dirección general at Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura.
