Marta Silva de Lapuerta

Marta Silva graduated in Law and entered the Body of State Lawyers in 1996.

She held different positions in the public sector, among others that of State Attorney at the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, Director of Legal Services to the Presidency of the Court of Auditors, State Attorney at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy, and State Attorney General - Director of the State’s Legal Services. In the private sector, Ms. Silva has been General Counsel of Sacyr Vallehermoso, Secretary of its Board of Directors and General Director of its Legal Services, as well as Secretary of the Real Madrid Board of Directors and of its Foundation’s Board of Trustees. In January 2018, she was appointed General Counsel of CESCE and Deputy Secretary of CESCE’s Board of Directors.
