María Cecilia Castro

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for personal and environmental care. Concurrently, Mariana has been working as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
