ISV Marketing Manager

Within our Marketing & Portfolio team, we are looking for a ISV Marketing Manager who is preferably located in the area of Munich or near to our office in Leusden or Vilnius. Currently this concerns a temporary position with the option of permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

  • Position Companial as the most preferred partner for any ISV that offers horizontal or vertical solution for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Manage co-marketing activities and joint promotional campaigns with ISV partners- Marketing Services to support ISVs promote their solution towards other Companial partners (measured by Marketing Service opportunities signed by ISV)
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all ISV marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans targeting ISV partners (measured by up-todate Marketing plans, Opportunies and accesses to Solution marketplace website

Key tasks

  • Managing the solution marketplace website by implementing SEO strategies, driving traffic, and enhancing platform features.
  • Creating comprehensive annual marketing plans for ISV partners, aligning strategies with their unique goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in social media management, crafting compelling content, and leveraging performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Organizing impactful webinars, campaigns, and online events to facilitate knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities among partners and ISVs.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies that maximize results for partners and ISVs.
  • Coordinate ISV go-to-market and engagement with regional Marketing managers and operations
  • Seek market and ISV partner feedback to develop and evolve marketing service offerings

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – 2 years related Marketing experience in Partner/ISV ecosystem within Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Understanding of the ISV ecosystem and software distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus
  • Working in international environment

Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices in the software industry
