Jill Waggoner has extensive experience as a Project and Test Manager in various companies. Starting from 2002, they worked at EDS Corporation as a Test Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Integration & Testing team and establishing testing processes. In 2003, they became a Certification Manager at the same company, where they created, supported, maintained, and managed project plans. Jill then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2004 as a Test Project Manager, overseeing testing efforts for multiple projects with various companies. Since 2016, Jill has been working at TM Floyd & Company as a Project Manager, leading complex cross-functional projects related to health care insurance. Their responsibilities include facilitating project teams, tracking and resolving issues, and managing risks.
Jill Waggoner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University between the years 1987 and 1991. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the ISEB ISTQB Certificate in Software Testing in December 2007, the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. in April 2011, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
