Caren Fleit

Caren Fleit has an extensive work experience spanning from 1984 to 2021. Caren began their career in 1984 at Nestle as a Business Director. In 1989, they moved to LVMH as CMO Parfums Christian Dior/CMO Guerlain US. In 1996, they joined Revlon as SVP Marketing and Business Development. In 1999, they joined Korn Ferry as a Managing Director, where they built the Global Marketing Officers Practice from the ground up and led practice revenue and team. In 2018, they joined The Humane Society of the United States as a Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair, where they also served on the CEO Selection and Strategy Committees. Currently, they are an Independent Director at Companion Protect, a rapidly growing insurance technology company.

Caren Fleit has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Relations and Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University, and attended Columbia Business School.
