Christina Ambarwati is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Executive Recruitment. Currently engaged at Company Confidential since July 2023, Christina's expertise encompasses recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement, mentoring program development, and initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Christina served as Head of Talent Acquisition at SEEK, and prior to that at Sinarmas Mining and Rodamas Group, focusing on talent acquisition strategies across various sectors.
