Mônia Alvarenga

Mônia Alvarenga has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Mônia began their career as an Assistant Administrator (DP) at RGIS, where they were responsible for recruiting and training new assistants, organizing and monitoring employee schedules, providing support in the areas of personnel, administration, and logistics, classifying expenses for managers to request reimbursement, and controlling and archiving documents. In 2011, they moved to Urban Summer as an Analyst Financial. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously, as a Senior Financial Analyst at SGS and an Analyst Financial (Temporary Contract) at Colgate-Palmolive, where they were responsible for retention and entry of notes, analyzing fiscal documents, providing guidance on fiscal writing, executing entries, importing files, and issuing fiscal documents. In 2017, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a BPO Supervisor. In 2019, they moved to LIGGI as Head de Operações, and in 2021, they became the Head of Operations at Company Hero.

Mônia Alvarenga completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Technical High School in Business Administration from Colégio Paralelo between 2008 and 2010.
