Ashley Fuller is an experienced operations and restaurant manager currently serving as Operations Manager at Company of Cooks since July 2022, following roles as Senior Restaurants Manager at The Royal Opera House. Previous experience includes general management positions at Tzantza and L'Entente, and various managerial roles at Soho House & Co and Hawksmoor Group. Ashley’s career began in the hospitality industry with Living Ventures Group, where multiple positions were held, alongside experience as a model with Boss Model Management Ltd. Additional early roles include Account Executive at Assured Events Ltd and Sales Executive for Ferrari & Maserati at Dick Lovett Group. Ashley holds a BSc in Business Studies from Lancaster University, having completed secondary education at Cheadle Hulme School.
