Lesley Pinhas

Lesley Pinhas has extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting in 1978 as an Executive Sous Chef at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. They then moved on to work as an Executive Chef at LONDON FASHION CAFE LTD, where they were responsible for various tasks, such as menu design, operation of a large restaurant, and managing a staff of around 30.
