Daniel Wake has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on people management and development within well-known companies. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Advisor and previously holding positions such as Regional Social Impact Manager and Social Impact Coordinator at Company Shop Group since February 2020, Daniel has demonstrated a commitment to social impact and employee development. Prior experience at IKEA Group from March 2017 to February 2020 involved roles as a People and Culture Generalist in HR, Customer Service Team Manager, and Sales Team Leader. Daniel began their career at Costa Coffee as a Barista Maestro before briefly working as a Web Design Consultant. Daniel is currently pursuing a Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant qualification from City Skills and holds a BTEC Level 3 in Business and Management from Buxton & Leek College.

It works closely with clients to utilize its efficient logistics and experienced team to move food quickly, sell it within date and prevent it from becoming waste.
